Skyhatt documented an arts and crafts event organised by Skurups Savings Bank at Svaneholms Castle. The event is along the theme of local involvement and community partnership.
Here are some photos from the event, which of course was a big success!
The Swedish castle Svaneholm is located in Skurup in Skåne, in the far south of Sweden, 26 miles east of Malmö on road E65. The castle, built in the 16th century, is a high-class attraction containing a museum with excellent collections and exhibitions.
Baron Rutger Macklean (1742 - 1816), the man who initiated "enskiftet" (an agricultural reform) in Sweden lived here 1782 - 1816.
