Anyway - Despite this, Tim O'Reilly claims that Google Circles is a new social network and "is awesome".

Communication is always good - and services that help people communcate is something we at Skyhatt love. But, we dare say that someone, somewhere will be asking themselves "do we need another one?"....

Only time will tell!
